The next festival is perfect for those who love a little bit of history with their booze, the New Straitsville Moonshine Festival. While there you can tour a working moonshine distillery, learn a lot of moonshine history, vendors, and lots of moonshine themed food. All of this will be held May 21st-25th. The last festival until summer is one that a lot of people love coming to and centering their Hocking Hills vacation around, the Nelsonville Music Festival. This super fun outdoor concert will be held May 28th-31st at Hocking College. The music typically found at this festival is folk/country with the likes of Merle Haggard, Moon Hooch, My Bubba, and more.
