If you are looking for an upscale, gourmet restaurant with a fabulous ocean view, 3030 Ocean Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is the place for you.
Located in the Marriott’s Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, 3030 Ocean Restaurant is described as, "a candlelight filled oceanfront casual chic dinner bistro serving stylish American Cuisine seafood and special meats, with live flamenco and jazz entertainment."
The "Modern American Seafood" menu at 30 30 Ocean Restaurant is the creation of Chef Dean James Max. "My love of food comes from living in Florence, Italy, my technique from working with French chefs and my understanding of what freshness is all about from growing up on a farm in Virginia," the chef is quoted on the restaurant website.
The website describes Chef Max's menu choices as a "unique, creative and passionate combination of flavors."
