West Palm Beach, Florida is known for its celebrity mansions, upscale shopping and nightlife. What if you could be in the heart of it all but tucked away in a historic lodging in a peaceful neighborhood? Our stay at Casa Grandview's 1917-1948 lodgings was a delightful surprise.
Owners Cheryl and Kirk have rescued nearby historic structures, updated them with all the modern amenities and created a quiet, serene "neighborhood" of their own in West Palm Beach's quiet zone.
Located off I-95 and just West of the Intracoastal Waterway, Casa Grandview is an easy stroll from CityPlace and Clematis nightlife and minutes drive from beaches,the convention Center, PBAU, Palm Beach Outlets, Kravis Center, Norton Museum, Armory Art Center, Palm Beach Photography Center, Marina, Howard Park, Palm Beach International Airport, Antique Row, Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Palm Beach, Equestrian Events, Polo, and the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.

We stayed in The Historic Guest House that was built in 1939. Amenities include "HDTV, TiVo w/Apps, WiFi, Hybrid bedding, king four poster bed, double French doors, en suite bath with rain shower head with jets, wet bar, Keurig 2.0, microwave, and beverage chiller. Enjoy the old style old Chicago Brick floor, 14′ vaulted ceiling, and double paddle fan giving the Guest House a cool vintage factor. This secluded pad is made for dimming lights and lying low. Outdoor umbrella table, and steps from heated vacation rental pool." The Historic Guest House is ideal for two and luxurious in every way.
