Gay Naturists Gather In PA

On August 21, 2015, more than 500 men will meet in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains and celebrate The Gathering - The Annual International Gathering of Male Naturists. If you are a gay, bisexual, or gay-friendly man who loves the freedom that nudism brings, this is the place for you.
The Gathering is Gay Naturists International’s signature event. It has been called “the largest organized nude rendezvous in the world” where 500 or more men gather annually to a 350-acre summer camp. Guests from around the world including Canada, Europe, Central America, South America, Asia, New Zealand, Australia, and the U.S.A. participate.
The property includes a 13-acre lake, two heated swimming pools, an auditorium, a Dance Club and multiple recreational opportunities.
All meals, beverages, workshops, entertainment are included in one price. Beer and wine are included at the Social Hours. Beer is included in the Dance Club.
If you are wondering why we haven’t mentioned the name of the property, there is a reason. Only once you have registered and paid, will you receive details of the location. You also receive maps, driving directions, a checklist of what to bring and a list of answers to frequently asked questions.
Interested in workshops? The Gathering offers workshops about men’s health issues, legal issues affecting naturists, relationships and more.
Do you enjoy exercise and games on your vacations? The Gathering offers bridge, low-impact aerobics, volleyball, a fully equipped nude gym, a weight room, canoe races, drag races, oil wrestling, body painting and nature hikes. Or, you can just relax at the pool and read a book.
Whether you are a yoga enthusiast or someone who has always wanted to give yoga a try, The Gathering has something perfect for you. Naked yoga is a staple of The Gathering programming along with other health and wellness offerings. Talented yoga instructors will be teaching nearly two-dozen classes.
Social Hours are held every day around 5:00 p.m. They are wonderful opportunities to mix and mingle while enjoying wine, beer, soft drinks, select mixed drinks and snacks in the beautiful lakeside setting.
Every Social Hour has a theme and costumes are encouraged. Your birthday suit is a perfectly acceptable costume at all of the events.
The Gathering offers entertainment each evening of the event. Entertainment includes comedians, musical revues, skits, talent shows, singers and other performers. Scheduled performers include Muscle-Bear comedian Peter Bisuito, Deven Green aka the satirical Mrs. Betty Bowers, The Stormy Weather Variety Show, Tom Goss and Jason Farone, musicians Jon, Rich, and John, and Chi Chi LaRue.
Are you a movie lover? The Gathering offers matinee and nightly movies with free popcorn!
Do you love to dance? The GNI Dance Club is “the largest all-naked, all-male dance club in the world!”
GNI’s Gathering offers a variety of accommodations options.
If you have fond memories of your childhood summer camp, then you will “have a blast” in the 70+ cabins that house 8 to 18 men each. Each cabin has full bathroom facilities.
You can also choose tent camping or bring your RV. Sewer, water, and electrical hookups are not available, but you are assigned nearby shower and bathroom privileges.
If these rustic options aren’t your cup of tea, stay in a nearby hotel and commute to The Gathering daily for activities.
2015 marks the 30th Anniversary of Gay Naturists International’s annual The Gathering event. We can’t think of a better place to be if you are a man who enjoys being nude with other men.
