Dr. Loren Olson is a board-certified psychiatrist, a father and grandfather who came-out at the age of forty. FINALLY OUT explores and helps explain mature men who lived a large part of their lives as straight men even after realizing they had same sex attractions.
While reading FINALLY OUT, I remembered things I hadn't thought about in decades such as playing "smear the queer" in gym class.
For many of us, accepting the truth that we are homosexual takes years because we've been programmed by society that being "queer" is something to fear.
FINALLY OUT is inspirational, eye-opening, educational and insightful.
