INNdulge Resort Palm Springs - Our interview with owner Jon Jackson

Palm Springs, California is a wonderful place for anyone to visit but it is especially significant for gay travelers. Palm Springs has an inclusive, welcoming vibe, excellent entertainment and dining options, beautiful views and a variety of quality gay resorts to choose from.
We asked INNdulge Resort Palm Springs owner Jon Jackson to tell us about resort.
How would you describe your property in one sentence?
Inndulge is a luxury, gay resort situated around a courtyard and pool known for its social and gregarious atmosphere.
What is special about your property and your guests?
We have the highest percentage of repeat guests of all the gay resorts in Palm Springs. Knowing that our guests treat our resort as their second home, we constantly maintain and improve the resort. Yet we are primarily known for the social aspect of our resort.
From breakfast in the morning, to our evening happy hour, all activities are centered around the courtyard pool to maximize social interaction between guests.
What accommodations are available at your property?
We have three rooms types. All rooms have King Beds. About half our rooms have a pool view.
Our basic room we called our Superior room. It comfortably sleeps two people.
Our medium size room can accommodate a rollaway bed. It has almost 50% more space and an eat-in kitchenette. We call this our Deluxe room.
Finally, we have a one bedroom Suite, which is the size an apartment, with full kitchen, dining area, living room and separate bedroom.
What activities and special events are available at your property?
We host an event every holiday.
Our annual Easter Bonnet Bruch is hugely popular, as is our full dinners served poolside with live music on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Other holidays are celebrated with a barbecue on the Sunday of the weekend.
Why are gay resorts important?
Gay resorts provide a safe place to relax and socialize. In many ways, it is a tribal experience that can’t be found elsewhere.
